I think they had a shared animosity to the patrons of the disco room,and definitely didn't like the hairy bastards who used to frequent the underground/prog rock/ heavy metal room/s.

I used to train at the martial arts centre on deans gate and we had a club night out in pips where a gang of lads from Sheffield started on us calling some of the lads racist stuff …. They just didn’t have a clue what they’d started on
