Well, yes, but it cuts both ways... surely they'd have designed it to be replaceable in the first place?
Maybe (hopefully) they've just not bothered because there's some improvement down the line with the expansion? I hope so at least, as the stadium looks better at night (imo), but could look totally stunning with some more dramatic blue uplighting.
I can't remember how many bulbs are out... just the one? I must at admit, it's annoying when you see one out though!

I think there's 2 or 3 left from memory, can't say I really look that often. According to the stewards, they are making the exits wider, so it looks as if anyone in the last 6 seats of any row in level one will have to move.
Someone (might have been Stony) posted about this a good while ago. Seems they need a special crane or rig to do this and there are only a handful of these around. So it's not worth getting one in just to change a couple of bulbs. That's how they've assembled the roof, not dangling from a rope but suspended in a cage, dangling from a crane !
