I hate Wembley.

If you takeaway the arch, it's boring and pretty ugly.

God knows why it cost £800mill-£1bill.

For those of you who want to see the changes that have taken place since construction has started, here you go.

TBH they haven't asked me if they can use my pictures, but they have credited me, and I have always maintained my pictures are free to use, unless it's for advertising. ;-)

Wow. It feels like it's going up slowly but when you look back at those photos even March, let alone from last Movember for example the pace it's going up is incredible!

Found this on the internet.... strange that block has been removed on the left of the pic. Could we see lettering on the seats???

if you look along the full length of the stand the new extra front rows have been put in, think the block with the missing seats taken out is just to alLine the seats with the new front rows. Also the diggers on the C B stand won't be for any new rows I think there for digging out the space for the green run off area that now surrounds the rest of the pitch.

Just found this.

With the continued expansion, the glorious CFA and the 'Collar/Pandworld Site', a lot of the games will be half won before kick off! Akin to when Mike Tyson had all but won his bouts before the first round commenced. The sheer scale and intent of the whole area is becoming astounding.

Interesting image JRB - first time I've seen the expanded plans (West and East) outside the club's own releases.
Whilst I've grown to like those corner sections, it will really shine once the 'bowl' shape is reformed.

I think I have seen this before and this was a competing design but did not cater for a staged expansion like the current approach does....

EDIT - I saw them in December 2014 - looking at the detail of that internal quarter render, it has the line representing the limit of the East/West stand and a further 16 rows beyond that - which is what I estimated from the rough renders in the planning application - I note with interest there is a second row of stairwell entrances put in which implies a fourth GA concourse level
