What sort of work ? Is it related to the extension or something else ?

Reconfiguring the players lounges : dressing rooms and warm up areas. Quite significant work. Some of same team who did the south stand.

In my opinion our dressing rooms are shit compared to the big European clubs. Long overdue a big upgrade.

nonsense man,,the price of a barrel of oil has nothing to do with the MCFC project and if it was we'd me making moves to sign the chuckle brothers 'not the united one's the real ones, apart from our initial injection of cash we are self funding

As self funding perhaps our owner has left ADUG to decide where they want to invest rather than seeing infrastructure as a separate project maybe they have to decide now where money has to be spent, do we get a new manager and back him with more money for players or invest long term on stadium expansion.

I am saying we may not be self sustaining if ADUG do both without asking for more money from our owner.

As a football club we are self funding, I'm talking about the investment needed to build the leisure destination on the collar site. That would need to come from Abu Dhabi or possibly now China.

Never done the tour,so I genuinely don't know,done the Camp Nou tour and I thought their dressing rooms were shite.

sorry BP i stand corrected,maybe there holding back with the investment, i don't know if our owners had a date target for the team to hit the top 'Bayern style' and stay there, maybe we are lagging or a couple of years behind the plan 'if any exists' our commercial income will no doubt peak as if and when the team does, so my guess is maybe they want more success on the pitch which falls inline with pep arriving before that final push on investment

I think the attitude from the people running the club is why be better than most other clubs when you can be better than them all?
