A one tier stand with a safe standing section would certainly be a big selling point for the ground itself but the fans would need to organise things to make it the noisiest stand in the ground or it would be a waste. Is it more difficult/expensive to build it this way? Have they even been asking for suggestions or are they just doing their own plans on this?

Absolutely no chance it will be one tier. Not worth even thinking about.

It'll either be 2 or 3.

Personally think it will be 3 but there's apparently information they could extend the existing 2nd tier.

Didn't know where to post this. Season ticket in ssl3 been moved to 118 row cc and told this is at back but I thought it's front? Which is right?
Towards the back pal, goes A-Z with no I or O [I think] for some reason, then AA BB CC

Why is that though? Is it the difficulty of it or is it the fact that the club has to get it approved by the council and they want to keep it suitable for none football events? I wonder how different things would have gone if they'd agreed to sell it outright sometimes but we can't grumble I suppose.

Regulations covering the rake a stand can be would restrict the capacity of the stand without it going back too far and this would cause sight angle problems with in the interface of the east and west stands. It would also mean the closing of the stand of a season Then there's the existing roof structure with the CableNet that can't be moved also causing sight line issues.

It just obviously won't mate. People need to stop kidding themselves on here. 3 tiers and that will be that

Ah fair enough, to be fair if they were planning on doing something like that they wouldn't be keeping hush about it they'd be shouting it from the rooftops.

could we not join tier one and two together ? to make a larger stand at the bottom and still have a second tier when we extend.
