Looks like another 4 rows to be stuck on the front there, gonna be some size when its finished....
Weird that, because as we noted a few pages back, the three extra rows aren't on the 3D planner in the CB stand - so maybe they will be "last minute" ST sales?Good point @Del_Bosque though its similar at the other end.
That picture also suggest the whole dugout area is being re-worked, and has been removed while they add the front three rows in front of the CB.

There must be a Hugh penalty clause for failing to hand over on timeLaing's working day and night and weekends - next 8 weeks.
Going to be tight.
Grant ed !There must be a Hugh penalty clause for failing to hand over on time
When a new stadium is built you have to have a couple of "dry runs" with the stadium 3/4 full. That's the law and it happened at COMS.
Does anyone know if that applies to a new stand/tier? I'd assume not.
Just hope it's not being assessed by Michael Oliver - he never gives us a penalty at the south stand end!!There must be a Hugh penalty clause for failing to hand over on time
No idea but if I was in the SS level 2 i'd be wary of the stand above for the first couple of games haha
