Great day for Euros matches, hopefully some great entertainment on view tonight!!

i hope Spain play with a striker this time. There's plenty of goals to be had against Ireland (IMO). Its boring shit when they play with 6 midfielders

Spain will beat the Irish fairly comfortably whilst dominating possession and ripping them apart seemingly at will. Not the most "out on a limb" prediction to make I'll grant you!

As for Italy v Croatia, despite scoring 3 against the Irish I didn't think much of Croatia, I can see a low scoring Italian win here, 1-0.

I couldn't believe the commentator on itv didn't mention Silva's world class reverse pass when it happened, he was to busy wankin over Fabregas's run.

I thought exactly the same. No credit for a pass of the highest skill and technique.

There's an agenda!!!!!!

The Italy Croatia game will be a low scoring one I imagine. Probably a draw. Croatia may have won the last time, but they were incredibly fortunate at times against Ireland I don't think they're up to much so I think it could well be an Italy win.

As for the Ireland Spain game.
My heart says that Ireland will work hard enough and manage to get something out of it.
My head says Spain are going to hammer the living daylights out of Ireland.
I think for a long time Ireland will hang tight but will be overcome by pressure in the end and I can't see anything less than 3 plus goals.
The only way Ireland might be able to pull something off is if they play like they played in Paris those few years ago, defend like their lives defend on it and get a whole lot of luck.

This is going to be one serious case of parking the bus in front of the goal. If they can keep Spain to maybe 1 goal, than they've half a chance, but I don't see Ireland scoring more than that.

Spain mightn't play with a striker but Ireland are likely to play
Given -9- 1

Ireland have absolutely nothing to lose. I doubt it will be enough.

Should be a great atmosphere though.
