A real chance to watch Defender Eliaquim Mangala along with midfielder Fernando on ITV4 Porto v Napoli

100 mile an hour stuff, makes the prem look pedestrian, Mangala and Fernando will have no problem with fitting in

Seem to be playing same as us regarding both full backs bombing on and Fernando having to cover.

Good half of football. End to end stuff, plenty of tackles flying in and a great atmosphere. Porto badly lack creative players though, other than Quaresma (who's beyond erratic) they are far too reliant on crosses

Bit of a dodgy ball by Mangala across his own box then!

Porto have two decent fullbacks, a top defender in Mangala, a top holding player in Fernando, and two great attacking options in Quaresma and Martinez.

You can see the holes Rodriguez and Moutinho have left because they need a decent number ten and a central midfielder who can dictate play and ping balls around, if those two players were still there Porto would have a decent side.

I tell you what though, France are having a golden generation in center halves at the moment with Mangala, Varane and Zouma coming through, there is probably more but those are the three I can think of at the moment.
