Wherever Mansh United finish Uefa will probably have a rule that allows then access!

No. A country is allowed one extra place in the CL
But if say Spurs win the CL and finish 5th in the Prem, Chelsea won the EL and finished 6th in the Prem, both would qualify for the following year's CL with the 4th placed PL team missing out
