The UK is not subject to the ECJ on this matter. It isn't just a EU court, it's a European one, and we're still subject to it.

I was f*king fuming when I heard we were going to be a part of this. But look what's happened since then with all the PL charges bullshit and the reaction from the other clubs who are convinced our owner has broken PL rules. So the latest ruling deemed that Uefa/fifa is anti competitive. I do like the sound of this and hope it’s a warning to both Uefa and the league that a court of the land will not go along with the obvious bias and protectionist rackets ffp/P&S is actually all about.
If it means city can use the super league to leverage then I’m all for it. Don’t care what it does to football nor the supposedly small teams that have tried their best to fuck city over.
This is how they prevent us joining ESL . They want rid of us and these "charges" are part of the plan. This is all being manufactured by the American owned clubs and American investors. Why do you think the rags owners didn't sell, they know what's coming. At least we have somewhere to go when premier league kick us out!!!
Ha ha ha, I just had visions then of those peep shows in Amsterdam.... err that my mate told me about!"To see the Penalty kick, please pay another 2 pounds."
oh you!If they have good consistent refereeing I'm in.
The ESL isn't an 'EU' matter though. It incorporates all of European football, members of the Council of Europe of which we are still a member. The UK is not subject to the ECJ on this matter.
The only profit they’re interested in is financial, not sporting entertainment/competition.I see these super league guys are still trying to polish a massive turd
The Champions league works well and everyone likes it and the prem is best league in the world by miles
Only Madrid, Barca and Italians care because they stand to profit because they are in shit boring leagues
If the uk teams, PSG and Bayern don’t join it’s not worth a wank anywayThis is an ECJ decision which means UEFA and all EU based FAs will be bound by it. If the UK government block any UK teams by legislation then the only route for those teams would be to challenge the constitutionality of that legislation.
The ruling today means super league is back but it may be a European competition without UK sides…
No idea what you're talking aboutHa ha ha, I just had visions then of those peep shows in Amsterdam.... err that my mate told me about!
It already isA22 have just announced each club involved in the revised Super League will play a guaranteed minimum of FOURTEEN games!
That's a minimum of 54 games per season if a club doesn't progress past the Super League - league stage, & gets knocked out of the Carabao & FA Cups in the first rounds.
This doesn't include Internationals, Olympics, Community Shield, European Super Cup, Euro's, Intercontinental Cup, the World Cup, the revised Club World Cup with another two matches to reach the finals.
This greed will end up seriously harming players & diluting the quality of matches.
Well that was fun while it lasted. So your out then?
Doesn't make sense, how are Americans coercing the premier league to hit us with 115 charges ?This is how they prevent us joining ESL . They want rid of us and these "charges" are part of the plan. This is all being manufactured by the American owned clubs and American investors. Why do you think the rags owners didn't sell, they know what's coming.
TBF the Glazers won't sell because United are basically too big to fail financially. Aren't they the only owners to pull dividends from the clubs profits? This is how they prevent us joining ESL .
