As Ukraine has been deemed unsafe to stage next year's competition, the UK has been tasked with holding it
Cities that meet certain criteria, such as having a venue large enough to host the event, minimum number of hotel rooms in the city, international airport local, have been asked to submit their applications, and apparently Manchester is in the process of doing so
