coleman out with a hamstring injury so that's good for us we need to target that area so sterling is a must!!

I think we need to address the movement of Barkley and Lukaku, if they score 1, we have to reply with 3.
Whether or not Toure rested will result in the required dynamism in the middle or not, I'm not sure, but pace on the wings, and quick ball to utilise Aguero's abilities are the order of the day
This explains why the mods want us to calm down on the Manuel abuse - he's an active BM member. Not the cup game this week fella, just like yesterday wasn't a league game.

Everton are really struggling in the full back positions. We need to exploit that. Navas deserves his chance, clearly been told to shoot more and that can only be positive.

I'd imagine we'll go with de bruyne left and navas right, Silva fernandino and toure in the centres and look to kolarov and zaba to provide some extra options too.

Confident we can do this at home. Cut the supply off to lukaku and expect a counter attacking game from them in general, but we should hammer them from the start on the front foot with fast attacking play. One goal for us and their bus game plan will go out the window, and if we can actually try to control the midfield for once then we can pick them off as they come out more.

I don't think it particularly matters who starts at centre back, nobody knows in overly decent form currently.

Should we need it, delph's energy, sterling's pace or kelachi's shooting boots from the bench.

Or he could keep the same side that dominated Norwich and leave Yaya and Silva out. Hmm.....

I would go
Hart
Zabaleta
Sagna
Otamendi
Kolarov
Fernandinho
Delph
Sterling
Navas
Silva
Aguero

Kelechi , KDB and Toure to come on and impact the game if needed.
This is the team I'd go with, although I suspect we'll see the one in the op.

----------------Hart
Zab--Sagna--Otamendi--Kolarov
-----Fernando---Fernandinho
-----De Bruyne- Sterling--Silva
----------------Aguero

Assuming no Kompany. He must be close now.

I'd have tried Sagna in central defence v Norwich with the 2 Everton games in mind. can't see this defence, but I think it's the best option we have without Kompany and Mangala

Don't think we'll experiment at centre back against Everton. Also, hugely unfair on Navas imo, the lads flying at the moment. Sterling needs to be exploiting whoever comes in for Coleman.

I don't like to see Sterling on the wing. I'd like to see him with Aguero and play through the middle.

I'm hoping we stick with a similar system to Norwich but I have a feeling it will be back to normal again.

I don't like to see Silva on the wing, I prefer to see him in the number 10 role, his best position imo. Navas and Sterling offering pace and width, Silva pulling the strings, and Aguero looking close to his best again, is our best option at the moment. Behind them, Fernandinho and one of Delph/Fernanado offering some protection to our weak link at centre back. Trouble is, some huge calls there for the manager, and I suspect he'll try to keep our big players happy, and those who are easier to drop will lose out.
