It’s when the van is within eight stops, drivers though do have a bit of freedom when it comes to the running orders so sometimes it might start showing up but will just stall, the US designed software is particularly shit at route planning as it thinks a lot of roads are very wide and will have the drivers going up one side and the then down the other when all they need to do is walk across the road.

Amazon are well known for using up drivers but Evri are utter fucking cunts to them with late or missing payments etc and recently cut the parcel rates for drivers siting costs, shitting on your only customer facing assets to maximise profits is a grim way of doing things.

No mate, I think it was Hermes Pre sale. My lad had a pair of Nike Air go missing, the replacement went missing and the Replacement replacement went missing. The shop just took it on the chin that the courier they were using obviously knew what parcels to target and didn't have no shame in stealing them. In the end He got a refund + extra for all the fucking about and told him to buy them In store...I think they were from JD. He's disabled so getting out shopping is a pain in the arse (stomach) for him

As you can see it seriously chapped my arse they could be so brazen

I have heard of parcels containing expensive items like trainers and mobile phones and other electricals going missing. I think it's best to pay extra for signed delivery for stuff like that.
 
Yeah these grifters are properly useless.

Rebranded from Hermes to lose the shit reputation, and now have a worse one.

Unfortunately we use them at work, and the uselessness is completely systemic.

I ordered a mattress from work, and Evri lost it.

A king sized mattress. Lost it.

Never had an issue. Wouldn't trust them with an expensive item tho due to their awful past.

It was JD's online shop mate, they get to choose the courier. Like I said he's 21 and disabled so he pretty much does his own thing and I only hear when stuff goes wrong
 
Evri could be fired into the sun and humanity would be better for it. I had to chase a parcel round my neighbours houses when the blithering half-wit who delivered it took a photo of my parcel on some random strip of pavement with zero identifiable features.
 
A shit company that I suspect does well because it undercuts couriers that actually deliver your stuff. Most evri delivery drivers are just random cunts in their own clapped out cars. I've had a more professional service from small time drug dealers.
 
Sent a package to relatives. Evri claimed they'd knocked on the door and nobody in ( not true). So they put the package in next doors green bin, on bin collection day. No note left either at the correct address or next door. When prompted by my enquiries they did proudly show a photo of the package sitting proudly at the top of the neighbour's green bin contents.
They are either utter morons or are just taking the piss.

Lost 2 packages and the recipients are asking for their money back via Paypal and it aint my fault. First one didn't give the right address so not technically Evbris fault and the second one....well I refused to send unless he took full responsibilty.
Put in a counter claim to Evri but I'm not holding my breath...

Worst of the delivery companies by a mile.....never buy anything if they are the company used.
