After scanning your list Stan Bowles and Earl Barrett spring to mind as definite absentees, maybe there's others maybe there isn't but thought I'd add at least those two for you.

Tommy Johnson our 1920s marksman and scorer of most goals in all competitions during a season pre Haaland, who went on and forged a great partnership with Dixie Dean at Everton when we stupidly sold him, he also played for England and although I'm quite certain his first proper club was City I could not be 100% sure of if it counts.

Frank Swift is another similarly to Johnson perhaps where officially his first club real club in football is listed as City, he also spent some time at other amateur non league clubs near Blackpool, one that became a league team during subsequent years the now reformed Fleetwood Town, however because of the times and how very small Fleetwood were at the time (they won North West Counties as recently as 1999) they may be harshly viewed as irrelevant at the time, could be a bit if a grey area it might without meaning to be disrespectful seen as playing for a Sunday league side in development terms, his career there only gets a slight mention on his Wikipedia page maybe somebody like @Gary James would have a better idea, about whether Johnson and Swift should be listed right here or even have an idea about other players who might be missing too.

Cheers for the info. I knew there had to be a couple missing.

I considered Swift, but considering he played for clubs before City and only played a couple of reserve games, I felt he didn't qualify as a city grad. Johnson was signed directly from another club to the first team so also can't be included IMO.
