Haha. Give it a whirl mate (or don't). We've only just launched it and nearly everyone that's played has enjoyed it. Just a bit of fun really and because its private groups rather than an exchange, it seems to be gaining popularity. We're definitely not a bookie!

Maybe I'm missing something? To use an app for this sort of thing you'd have to not trust someone in the bet.

We built it because we used to do football prediction game in our office every week 20 years ago. it died though because it was a ball ache to administer; mainly collecting the money! So we built the app because we loved the game. Let me know if you have a go. Would love to hear your feedback.
