No, the Extra Preliminary Round is where it all starts.

Anyone know why Maine Road wasn't in the cup last weekend yet other clubs in higher / same leagues were??

North West Counties Premier League is Step 9 of the football pyramid. And is the lowest level of entry to the FA Cup.

Division 1 North & South, which Maine Road are in is Step 10 and they’re no longer eligible.
