From what I could see, that's not a red card.
Looks very soft, there's a swipe but barely any contact.
That's a harsh red.
That's not a red card.
WTF was that for
Compared to what we’ve seen earlier today that’s absolutely mad.
Saw absolutely nothing there.
when you see the dipper non reds thats fucking ridiculous
That’s just two lads who need the ref to say ‘come here, anymore and you’re going in the book, now pack it in and get on with the game’.
The fourth official just fancied getting on tele then. Can’t think of any other reason.
After what we saw in the earlier game, then that's a red card.
Our officials are a complete fucking joke.
They aren’t showing the reason he got the red card, they keep showing the “third” phase of the exchange.
The original replay from a distance showed there was an initial coming together (first phase), then the Sheffield player came back and kicked through the back of the Wrexham players legs (second phase), then the Wrexham player stopped and started shouting at the fourth official about the kick and the Sheffield player collided with him again (third phase), which is the bit they keep showing.
The kick out was intentional, forceful, and petulant, was definitely deserving of a red by the letter of the law.
