Can't have your colours on in club Wembley, happened to me against Stoke :(Had to bite the bullet and splash out £250 on a Club Wembley this morning. I was also in there against Stoke and was told to take my City shirt off on the way in. I am assuming that as they are selling blocks of CW to City fans this restriction won't apply this time. Does anyone have any knowledge on that?

It’s not classed as Club Wembley.
They’ve set aside several blocks now for general admission as they mustn’t have the total sell out of the tier anymore for corporate use.
OK as someone who only attends a handful of games per season (most seasons since 1975) I've had to suck up the £250 (for my son too who normally works on Saturdays*). No complaints there as the regulars should get first dibs at what passes for 'cheaper' prices. I didn't see anything about Club Wembley. What will I get for that other than a good view?

Comfy seat, less people using the bar/toilets.
That middle ring - the dark purple one on the planner - is the Club Wembley ring.
I think they were the tickets that could be bought for 10 years when the new stadium opened - every match there for 10 years - and that will have expired by now.

Toilets not awash is a good one too! I've only been in CW once, and I guess the Olympic semifinal was rather more genteel than the cup final.
And yes, fingers crossed for that!

The bars and food outlets are much better than the rest of the ground as well. There will be a lot more than 31k Blues in the ground. I’ve just bought 4 from the FA.

I think hundreds of £250 seats were sold this morning but City immediately added more so it looks like they've not sold that many at £250. They have though although I have little idea how many. Does anybody have any pub recommendations on the east side of Wembley? I’ve been to the east side once before; ended up in a restraunt which opened to city fans and there was a decent bbq going on. Good craic too.

Dead right I'm pleased to say our coach is going there again. The last 2 trips I've gone solo to my lads and into London from his pad & tried the pubs west/east.There'll be loads heading out to Wealdstone. Tube to Ruislip and a 5-10 walk from there. Nice people there.
Went in the Torch & the Crock at the semi...fucking dire both of them. Can't see why the Greenman which is by far the best of the close to the ground pubs isn't kicking up a stink at getting Watford. I mean come on pints per person we'd (not literally) piss all over them. Just think of the money they're losing.

You know - because of the history of trouble between the two clubs, and Wembley Central only EVER being used by 1 set of fans.
Seriously though, I kind of understand this as we do have more choice when it comes to getting to the stadium - Watford fans will almost certainly arrive Greenman side
