No as we finished in the top 4. England would have had a total of five places had we finished below the top four.
The winners didn't qualify automatically until the dippers cried after the 2005 final.

No, but in 12 months time we could be in an interesting position if City make the final again.

With the extra two places available to the leagues with the highest coefficient points, fifth place in the Premier League could be depending on City winning the final to get them in the following year’s competition.

City winning the FA Cup meant Brighton ((6th) took the FA Cup winners spot in the Europa League.
The rags winning the League Cup meant Villa (7th) took the League Cup winners spot in the Europa League Conference

Will be played 2 weeks before the CL final like it was the last time the C/L was played at Wembley 2011 I think ? Sure we beat Stoke in the cup final then played them on the weeknight in the league the week after if my memory serves my correctly

Correct. There was a full weekend of PL games the day we beat Stoke.
The rags won the title during a lunchtime kick off.
We then played Stoke again on the Wednesday (we would have played them in the PL had neither been in the final) and then the whole season ended the following Sunday - City played Bolton

Fairly sure uefa have a rule about no game at the stadium 2:weeks before the final
So presumably you are right it will be before the season ends .there's no way the FA will allow it anywhere but Wembley

They could always move the UEFA game to the Etihad.

I don’t know if this two week rule was ever a thing or if it was and has now been dropped. But the Championship play off final is been advertised at Wembley, six days before it, so I can’t see there been any problem having the FA Cup Final, seven days before it.

I might store some water bottles around the stadium at the fa cup final so I can drink them at the CL final ;)

Date fixed for 2024 FA Cup final​

The 2024 FA Cup final will take place on 25 May, the Football Association has announced.
It will be the third year in a row that the showpiece match will not be played on the same day as Premier League fixtures, and takes place six days after the final round of matches in the English top-flight season.
Wembley will then host the Championship play-off final the day after the cup final, and the Champions League final a week later on 1 June.
The Women's FA Cup final will take place on either Saturday 11 or Sunday, 12 May.
