I still don't understand why tickets have not been sent out yet?

They have been resent now. There is a delay between tickets being sent by City and reaching in trays according to the OSC. Fingers crossed we all get our tickets this times

We were told this afternoon… we are now well in to the evening! I’m assuming they’ve gone home now so won’t carry on sorting/sending until tomorrow?

Surely the club will revert back to paper tickets next season, or at least the OSC. This sounds painful for those having to distribute tickets.

Anyone planning on taking an under 5 without a ticket? I know you technically need a ticket but assumed it wouldn't be any bother carrying him in with me. Hearing about stricter security at wembley is getting me a little twitchy now though.

To Branch Secs / Chairs first. Supposedly City have now sent out the ticket emails to the Branches but there is a delay. The proof will be in the pudding.

Like somebody else said there will be lists of adult and concession codes in the emails to be distributed to members

ONE member of staff is manually handling each branch order, one at a time. But don't worry she's working late tonight, so all good folks, nothing to see here. ONE member of staff to fulfil ALL branch orders. Pathetic really, kick off in 50-odd hours, no tickets distributed and the mantra from KP, is don't PANIC.

But, Coldplay went well I hear.

There is now an IT issue affecting the branches that have not received their tickets and Kevs email the other day was out or order curious to know how many branches still waiting for tickets and the back up plan and Kev not to be emailed it's your job mate if not happy there is the door let a younger man do the job. Any branches not received tickets yet????

Plenty as I understand it. Nothing received for Harrogate.

City have slashed their support to the OSC for ticketing. Pretty poor IMHO

We received ours days ago but are incorrect waiting for system to be de-bugged and re-sent. Not good, people panicking, but its not a Kevins fault.
