FA Cup games this week (semi draw page 95)

obviously , like you, i am only going from the one time the incident was shown live, ive freeze- framed it, and taken it forward one frame at a time, admittedly only from one angle, but all 3 look level or better ie ONSIDE. As much as anything, what makes me mad (laugh) is the assertion that the all "must be offside" coupled with a steadfast refusal to even show it again, let alone analyse it.

So all in all, what with the penalty on Payet not given, the foul on hammers keeper missed, and this one 30 seconds from the end, just goes to prove what a bunch of spawny bas**rds the rags are!1

And not forgetting the time Payet was through one on one with De Gea and wa pulled up for a non existant foul !

Make that 51 consecutive TV ties for the rags.

What odds if they play it on a CL night the TV ban will be miraculously lifted?
January 8th 2005 was the last time they played an FA Cup game that wasn't televised (Exeter(a) in a replay). Since then they've coined in over £10M just from the TV companies, for showing them play. That money could have gone to a good number of lower league teams and kept them going, as opposed to paying Rooney for 4 days.
For a team which often puts out the 'kids' and hasn't won it since 2004, it's a scandal. What's even worse is when it's the BBC showing them as they can derive no income at all from number of viewers. (And that's assuming that rags games attract more viewers).
The best of it is though, when the tv companies talk about the 'magic of the cup' and pick rags v Sheff Utd, Leicester v Spuds and Chelsea v Scunthorpe but ignore Eastleigh v Bolton.

That was a fucking embarrassing production.

Stage managed football fans celebrating and the irony of a cook picking out the balls wasn't lost on me.

Good to see Watford or Palace get a final berth mind.

It could be the same final as 32 years ago but this time the hornets coming out on top
