FA Cup QFs Draw - Swansea (A)

All those years when we would have given anything for a cup run only to get tough draws

Now we’re handed Rotherham, Burnley, Newport and Swansea to get to Wembley? Christ, Stuart Pearce would have got us through that lot!

Just the one problem there. You have to score to win games.

Swansea did show some decent pace second half against Brentford. If it's an open game on a good pitch we need to watch them, especially Dan James.

I watched the game and the big decision was the sending off of a Brentford player. Without the red card Brentford were hammering Swansea. They came back from 1-0 down to win.
But I can vouch for that winger, he is very very quick.

Great draw for us this couldn’t ask for more. We have to respect Swansea but we should be in the semi final.

We don’t underestimate anybody. Not sure why you think that could be the case. Sounds like you need to have a bit of faith in team you support.
I imagine that Swansea will be a lot more disappointed in that draw than anybody involved at City.

Yeah we rarely underestimate anyone but we might sometimes lose focus during bits or start a bit slow like last time against Newport. I'm 100% confident in that Pep will know everything about Swansea and make sure we're 100% at it, but the players still need to go out and do their job. My point isn't that we're a bad team or that I thought this was the worst possible draw. I just think the match will be a lot tougher than most predicts and that Swansea are a better team than they are getting credit for.
