FA Cup SF Draw | Nott'm Forest | Sun 27 April 16:30 | ITV1

Which is why City thumped thumped them 3-0 at the Etihad?
Yeah they had an off day, their 1-0 win reflected this season more, and I'd expect the cup semi final to be a tight cagey affair.

We will be up for this more than any game this season.
With the right team selection (mobility in midfield and pace out wide) we will control this game.
They won’t be able to keep the pitch dry at Wembley stifling our play.
They will defend, as they have done all season, and look to counter attack.
They will tire in the 2nd half on the big Wembley pitch.
We’ll exploit space in the 2nd half.
City win.
(I hope)

Forest are efficient nothing more nothing less, they are not great to watch and work exceptionally hard and have had a tremendous amount go for them in terms of injuries and just sheet luck, you only have to look at the amount of games they have won by a goal to nil to know they have been incredibly lucky, i grant you they have got an exceptionally hard working defence but any of those blocks they put in could hit the wrong part of the body, hit a misplaced hand etc etc and go in and they have been v lucky that it hasnt.

You’re favourites and I think you’ll beat us TBH, but our pitch is bigger than Wembley’s and the biggest in the PL so that won’t be the reason .

I think your big occasion experience and squad size will get you past us

Tbh I have no confidence in us to definitively win any game. How can you after what weve watched this season? We might turn up and turn it on - similarly we might turn up and perform like a wet blanket as we have umpteen times this season.

If I were a Forest fan Id fancy my chances against us, especially if you get the first goal.

Squad size? Have you not seen out injury list? I think we had the smallest squad in the PL or one of them. Currently have Stones, Ake, Akanji, Rodri, Bobb and Haaland all out. At least you have bust the myth of the Wembley pitch which is actually the same size as ours 105m x 68m, yours is the same length but is 71m wide.

We will be favourites in many people's eyes but only because of what we have done over the past decade. Look at the league table, you are nine points clear of us (six if we win tonight), you should be clear favourites, you have won more games than us this season and lost fewer as well as conceding less.

I just hope it's not a boring 0-0 that's settled on penalties and you don't sit on your 18 yard box, bore the pants off everyone and wait for a counter attack. Oh and I hope your fans aren't as cuntish as the likes of Villa, rags, dippers and arse have been over the years. Please be more like Sunderland, Watford and Sheffield.

I saw 2 poor teams last night, NF had a little more threat upfront and a defence that would 'get in the way'.

I'd like to expect a win against them both even ignoring results this season.
What I seen against the Rags is if Forest score first there's a good chance we will struggle to score. Hopefully Gundo can start like he did at Wembley against the Rags. CTID

Have we any idea when we actually find out if we are playing Sat 26th or Sun 27th for this game? The draw was 4 days ago and still we wait.

Forest are no great shakes. We thumped them at Etihad and they narrowly won at home thanks to an Ederson fuck up. They only play low block/counterattack which we could struggle against, but if we happen to get the first goal, it will throw their masterplan out of the window. 60/40 City IMHO.

It would make sense for us to play on the Saturday and Palace/Villa to play on the Sunday as there are fewer transport links on Sunday and those two sets of fans don't have as far to travel.

Put everything you've got on us being the Sunday

We're definitely a shadow of our former selves but make no mistake Forest are bog ordinary.
They stole a win against us the other week and even the rags were all over them.
I'll be astonished if this lot are anywhere near the CL places next year, one season wonders is my guess.
