Who do you want in the Semi Final?

Correct!

Unfortuately that will fall on deaf ears. Sheffield United will sell their ticket allocation. And we’ll probably sell our ticket allocation. The FA and Wembley Stadium win again.(and again)
Other than making you feel better, boycotting it is senseless, continue to be successful and we will always sell out, have a down turn and we'll probably never get there.
Unless it's not possible to attend for whatever reason the best thing to do is get there and support the team.
Yes the FA are shithouses and don't give a fuck about us fans.

So that’s a “no” then :-)

It’s not 1969 or 1981 anymore, there’s a whole generation of blues who have no memory of semis ever taking place at Villa Park or wherever. Wembley semis are here to stay and that’s a good thing because more blues get the chance to go.

As you say, semi-finals are here to stay at Wembley.

Each club will get 34,000 tickets each.

We get to Wembley and people moan. Fucks sake. If you don't want to go don't go, no problems , , ,but get off that cross as we need the wood for fire. We aren't FC United.

I’m not moaning about City getting to an FA Cup Semi Final.

It doesn’t make me feel better. The fact that another City fan will get my ticket, who might not otherwise get a ticket, is a good thing. At least the ticket isn’t being wasted. You’re right about the FA. Like given. :-)

Anyway. All 34,000 of you have a great day.

I would rather risk missing out and it be at Villa park than another wembley semi which devalues the final.

Also the cup scheme is roughly 20000+ strong so any smaller stadium would accomodate those that could be arsed to go to every round and not wait till a semi

(obviously some financially or work wise cannot do cup schemes and the cannot be arsed quote not aimed at them)

Who’s pretending?

Loads of posters have regularly complained about the FA fleecing fans from the North to pay for Wembley stadium which went over budget when it was built. It’s now paid off, yet the FA are still holding FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley.

OT has a capcity of 74,000 and can accommodate a City V Sheffield United FA Cup semi-final. Local to City fans from Stockport ;-), and 1 hour for Sheffield United fans.

As for the final. It’s a final! Not a semi-final. Regardless if it’s against United or Brighton. Don’t jump the gun on a United victory. I will pay what I have to to see ‘the FA Cup final’. Just like I’ve done in the past. I will do the same for the ‘CL final’ in Instanbul, because it’s a final. Just like I did in Porto for the ‘CL final’.

But you’re right. I hope those City fans going to the FA Cup Semi-final have a great day, especially if City beat Sheffield United. And especially the City fan who has a chance of going to Wembley because I’ve decided not to go.
Fuck off with the Swamp! Rag cunts.

I'd rather travel 160 miles to a Semi than go there and contribute to their fucking coffers!
