Being serious you raise an interesting point.Afternoon all, Coventry City fan here in peace, just looking to get a bit of info on your semi final now that I’ve seen it’s been (ridiculously) confirmed at Wembley.
I’m sure you get plenty more of this these days than back in the division 1 days of huckerby & goater vs Chippo & Safri, can’t believe we haven’t played you in over 20 years now!
Anyway, I am hoping to buy a couple of tickets for your semi final for my father in law, he has been a (Man) City ST holder man and boy travelling up from Coventry for games until this season where he has deferred his ST as the mother in law had a serious health condition so didn’t want to do the train up and down every couple of weeks due to c*vid.
So I suppose my question is, do you guys expect the tickets to make gen sale, if not is there any sort of membership I could sign up to try and secure them a bit earlier, failing that would there be any warm hearted souls on here that would be willing to buy me a couple using your ST/membership privileges.
Thanks in advance and I would me more than happen to return the favour for any championship games at the CBS if you ever get fed up of watching your ridiculous team!
Can anyone remember what the pricing was for the semi final last time?
I agree. I never wanted to play vat shitholes like the old toilet and villa tart anyway.FA Cup: Liverpool's Jordan Henderson thinks Man City semi-final should have been switched from Wembley
Liverpool's Jordan Henderson says it would "would make sense" to have switched the FA Cup semi-final between Liverpool and Manchester City from Wembley.www.bbc.co.uk
whilst some will see this as a cynical sop to the media, which it probably is, I am taking the view that we shouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth. plus 90 of the 100 coaches will have City fans on them so we can take the piss on the way back….if we win !
Thanks. Think the £30 will do me for this£30/£45/£65/£85/£120 (level 2)
I see your point, but last year the FA stood (rightly) firmly against the European Super League, saying the fans are the main thing. So we know they already knew the engineering works were planned for Easter weekend, and most years since Adam was a lad, clubs from the north west are involved in the semis, so why couldn’t they reschedule or find another venue? 100 buses will, at most, give short of 5k fans a chance to get there. The others have a long arduous journey with several changes or drive both ways, at huge extra expense financially and environmentally. I live in Bournemouth, but I am sad for you guys that support City every week, and get treated like shit by the FA.FA Cup: Liverpool's Jordan Henderson thinks Man City semi-final should have been switched from Wembley

We all know what the fa say and what they do are not the same. Making comments in the past about the fans coming first, and then insisting this game has to be played at wembley with the problems that presents for the fans.I see your point, but last year the FA stood (rightly) firmly against the European Super League, saying the fans are the main thing.
