I’m amazed that many fans are on the fa cup scheme. I don’t see the benefits being on it, anyone who wants a final ticket will get one. Does anyone know how many are on the champions league scheme? I’m presuming there’s less on that due to the ticket pricing.
Yeah, it could be a bit lower than my estimate. I don’t agree about the final though - we only get around 25k tickets for that vs 33k-34k for the semi and we have about 40k season ticket holders.

I saw on social media there is a dipper with fake tickets for the semi and the game at our place.
He reckons he got 400 into Wembley for the league Cup final on fake tickets.
"worst behaved in Europe" ?

"UEFA intensified their argument with Liverpool over the ticket chaos at the Champions League final by leaking details yesterday of a report that brandishes the club's supporters as the worst behaved in Europe."

The Independent reported further on this on 4 June,2007. This was a time when that paper had some integrity and their current paid distorters of the facts and protectors of the American cartel, were still in shorts.

The Anfield club claimed it was not their fault - "inadequate security, a meagre ticket allocation and the choice of an athletics venue were the principle causes of the disturbances".

UEFA's counter-argument was that "thousands of ticketless fans who rushed the gates, gained access with forged tickets or stole from genuine ticket-holders were to blame for filling the Olympic Stadium beyond capacity and leaving the Greek authorities no option but to shut the gates early."

Had a funny feeling it might not be.

I can’t remember how the Watford final sold, I just feel that many City fans have been and done Wembley enough times that the novelty has worn off. Not for me, I’ll be at every Wembley visit apart from Charity Shields. I’m fortunate I only have to look after myself though.

Missing this as it's my daughter's 5th birthday and not had sign off to take her or miss her birthday.

Lost to Chelsea in the semi on her last birthday party so just not going to bother watching now. That way we'll win.

Afternoon all, Coventry City fan here in peace, just looking to get a bit of info on your semi final now that I’ve seen it’s been (ridiculously) confirmed at Wembley.

I’m sure you get plenty more of this these days than back in the division 1 days of huckerby & goater vs Chippo & Safri, can’t believe we haven’t played you in over 20 years now!

Anyway, I am hoping to buy a couple of tickets for your semi final for my father in law, he has been a (Man) City ST holder man and boy travelling up from Coventry for games until this season where he has deferred his ST as the mother in law had a serious health condition so didn’t want to do the train up and down every couple of weeks due to c*vid.

So I suppose my question is, do you guys expect the tickets to make gen sale, if not is there any sort of membership I could sign up to try and secure them a bit earlier, failing that would there be any warm hearted souls on here that would be willing to buy me a couple using your ST/membership privileges.

Thanks in advance and I would me more than happen to return the favour for any championship games at the CBS if you ever get fed up of watching your ridiculous team!
Thought I’d just send a quick update, thanks to a couple of very helpful souls on here I have been able to sort a couple of tickets directly from the club for the SF. The people that I dealt with are an absolute credit to your club, I’ve watched your club change from afar over the last 15 years into the power it is today, it’s great to see that they make a huge effort to look after the local community and fan base. Hope you all have a great day at Wembley in a few weeks

One benefit is that I could get on at 09.00 today and buy the exact same seat as when we beat the victims in the league cup final, and I’m really superstitious. So it’s in the bag.
