Sorry like @bluesmith says if it didn't allow the transfer to the same age bracket it is probably faulty.My lad now has a twin, but it didn't work. Worth a try, any other suggestions??
If you doesn't work tomorrow, go to the portakabin called Supporter Services opposite entrance S with your son's supporter number name and DoB and ask for a print off QR code. If you get there an hour early the queue will be minimal, however if you leave it to 40 mins or less before kick-off it will be touch and go whether you see the kick-off.

Same for me and posted the same in the Salford thread.I was trying to transfer a ticket last night, and it wouldn’t let me either. Was able to do it this morning though, so presumably the issue is now fixed.

Got my mate 3 tickets for him and his 2 sons. The club sent them me then i sent the email to him. It won't let him open the attachment. Any ideas ? Otherwise I'm going to have to mess about..
