FA Cup Uefa Cup place

Assuming Everton win today.
All 4 FA Cup semi finalists are already virtually guarenteed a Chumps or Waffa cup spot.
Am I correct thinking the place goes to 7th in the league?

Then they would get UEFA cup and the person in 8th would not, the rule about UEFA cup winners getting a place only comes into effect when they do not qualify domestically.
