    He only signed for Monaco last month according to wiki after spending two years on loan there.

    Edit: signed for 4m last month and has been linked to United for 15m recently.

    In the Brazil squad at 21 with 2 caps would suggest he is competent enough.

    He's spent most of his career at loan at clubs as his rights were owned by third parties, so he had to be parked in Portugal (as it's the only place in Europe where 3rd party ownership is legal)

    Very useful player, can play RB or holding midfield and was excellent wherever he played last year. Very tall for a RB as well, so could probably play just about anywhere really
