so how many on here are having to leave the family stand due to the kids being too old, and how many are leaving it because they don't like it.

The price of the tickets is the only reason myself and 2 kids can watch city ! Leave us alone the kids are the future !

sorry mate, you stay where you are, i was wondering how many will get evicted from it this season due to age.

As the kids sit in a group its more obvious when they dont attend ie school nights there are just as many empty seats throught the rest of the ground but not bunched together. Never get this empty seat shit as long as me and the kids are in dont care if the attendace is only 3 !!

Last year they let a lot stay in their seats.
The club cant bring in loads of new ST holders to fill the seats cos we have max number of ST holders.

If they try to scatter the overage groups around the ground they would then only have tickets on sale that could only be sold to families. There is more value in selling open tickets at full price in different areas than limiting ticket sales to families at a reduced price.

My lad (age 8) and I are hoping to get ST's in this stand when (if?) they go on general sale.

Given that we sold all 36, 000 STs within 90 minutes last year, are we expectin another round of "fastest finger first" if I want tickets in this stand, or, would you fancy my chances given the comments above?

The empty seats may be down to fact that the child is not with the sc holding parent on a match day. I'm sure there are plenty of single Mums or Dads that go to the game when they have their child and go out after the game for a few drinks with friends the other times.

If the kids only go to half the games it only works out at just over a tenner a game which most people can live with. I wonder if the kids in the nearer to £200 child seats around the ground attend more?

They need to allow something like 5 free upgrades per season for child to adult tickets in the family stand.
A guy whose kid can't make the usual late midweek games and some due to other commitments understandably will not risk his son's ticket by taking a overage fella in on the occasions his son can't make it.
I noticed they did this for the recent West Brom game, and hopefully they can come to some sort of arrangement for next season. Obviously ensuring it isn't open to abuse.

I might move from the family stand. Can't be doing with the two idiots behind me. They never shut up all game. Shame really cos i'm right behind the goal level 2 front row.
