I've used my free hit when city played in the club world cup.

How important do you think subs are leading up to week 29?
I don't really want to make too many and be left with a load of Burnley and West ham players who won't pick up many points in other game weeks so think it may be worth taking the 1 week hit

29 is going to be a really difficult GW for everyone. Think the only guaranteed games are Fulham vs Spurs, Burnley vs Brentford and West Ham vs Villa. It's a terrible set of fixtures for a free hit tbh, and I don't really want to use mine then.

I don't think anyone can build a strategy around those games at the moment, apart from maybe targeting some Spurs and Brentford forwards and mids, but Spurs blank in 26, can't see it being worth anyone taking a big minus either.

My team isn’t doing that great. I captained Foden instead of Haaland but I’ll be fucked if I ever have a united player in the team.

There's a good chance Luton vs Forest goes ahead as well. I currently have 3 Luton players because they double this week, gw27 and had Sheffield utd at home last week. With 5FT I should be able to field 9/10. Then hoping Blackburn get something vs Newcastle and I'll easily have 11 without a hit.

I'm more concerned about next week. 3 Luton, 2 Liverpool, 1 Spurs and 1 Chelsea in my team

There's a good chance Luton vs Forest goes ahead as well. I currently have 3 Luton players because they double this week, gw27 and had Sheffield utd at home last week. With 5FT I should be able to field 9/10. Then hoping Blackburn get something vs Newcastle and I'll easily have 11 without a hit

I'm really considering wildcarding this week, but that means I can't TC Haaland. I'd probably have to TC Solanke for his good double in 28.

If I WC I can get 8 DGW players plus triple Arsenal vs Burnley. Sell one lpool player in 26 and I have a full team, I would also own 6 players for 29, which I can easily get up to 9 or 10.

I've ended up with 3...

I've no issues taking on rag players as whoever I pick tends to get injured. So why have city players then, well I used to avoid them for that reason but then decided I was being daft and it's impossible to win without city players now.

My rags are Onana who was cheap from the start. Maguire who at 4m is a bargain defender. And Garnacho who I've just bought who is also the best option for a 4.9m midfielder. If there were better buys at the time I needed to trade o would have done it but sometimes you just end up with some players.

Ps 90 points for last week. Up to 32 in the bm league.

I'm looking at wk26 and have 2 lpool and 1 Chelsea. But my bench players are rags and Brighton and they both have easy home games so Im thinking to just use my squad.

Everyone's situation is different but DGW's are the most important GW's in the game, that's why most stack up on DGW players and use their chips for maximum benefit during them.
