I haven't done it for years(she's learned her lesson) but when we used to come home from the pub and she spooned me, I used her thigh to gently prise apart the cheeks of my arse, so I could deliver a warm, wet present. I had to sacrifice noise for moisture and warmth, but the after effect is spectacular.
