Fasting.

Really dont get the point of starving yourself for no reason whatsoever but thats me.

This isnt a dig at anyone's religious beliefs either, each to their own, but for me personally it sounds a bit daft.

Whats the OH?

What mammutly said. kidding. Other Half, better half, trouble 'n' strife. etc..... I went into Mc'D's today and actually ordered a veg burger meal. What's wrong with me? The more palatable Greek Mc was declined for that shite!!!!!!!!

Fasting in the Greek Orthodox church is about cleansing your body and soul for Easter holy communion.

As you are not part of the religion and you will probably not have Easter communion, there is no real need for you to fast... Quite simples really. You've been duped... Eat a bacon sarnie and be done with it.

Alternatively, have some king prawns. Amazingly the greek orthodox church does not recognise prawns as a form of meat ;)

Wrong m8. I can Accept the holy communion if I wish. Correct about the prawns. Gastropods aswell. Anything without blood but very bizarre that you can eat olives, but not supposed to consume Olive oil????
