Top 3 would uave to be:

1) a good strong mature cheddar. Classics are the best.
2) crumbly Cheshire with apricots or cranberries.
3) salty creamy goodness that is feta.

Have a look for Cougar Gold, produced by Washington State University, comes in a can and is delish. Ii's not processed crap, it's a real 'cheese'.
They also do a few other cheeses but the cougar gold is the most popular. About $30 for a big can, worth every cent imho.
