Same team as at the weekend, with Gomez for Walker. And maybe bring back Dias.

Get it won, and look to bring off Haaland, De Bruyne and Bernardo as early as we can. And give Laporte and Mahrez some minutes, to try to get them up to(wards) speed.

So many people suggesting we rotate. Give the opposition some respect, play a strong team, get it won (and progression all but assured) then we can think about rotating for the return leg. Possibly start taking key players off after 60 mins or so if things are going well tonight.
The thing is we can rotate and still have a strong team. All you have to do is look at our subs bench every week. The players we have all want to play and Pep likes to play his squad when the time is right, so as we're at home why not give them a game.

The main reason why I want Haaland rested is that I want Mahrez and Alvarez to start as I think they need to. Unless we go 442, that would mean resting Haaland by default, as I can’t see Alvarez playing on the left. Looking forward to it.

I'm fairly relaxed about the starting eleven. I could see us going strong to get a bit of a rhythm for the league (so the eleven from the weekend) or I could see us bringing Mahrez and some other players in who need game time. Knowing Pep, I'd go with the former as then we've qualified.

If you’re fit and rested from Sunday, you play again!

Pep likes Mahrez in the CL, so Foden might get a rest.

Any other changes will be from the results of the Sports Science Dept.

I don’t think it’ll be an easy game, but if we can get a 3 goal lead at any time, I’d expect Pep to use all 5 subs.
