I cant wait for the 'devine right' brigade next season now. The first hint of trouble, the first little whiff and something going wrong it'll be cockerneys gallore on the phone-ins after the new managers heads, bring back Fergie campaigns, lets see how the fabled stability and 'we dont sack our managers' goes now. A string of managers are too follow.

It's finally over, they are royally fucked. They have a squad of average players who look good in the system of (and i hate to say it) the greatest manager of an era. He rings the neck of that team and has done for that last 5/6 seasons. As soon as a new man comes in and tries to implement his way of playing its going to fucking fall apart billy big time... i can not wait.

great post - spot on

I genuinely believe he made them 15-20 points per season

Moyes has to nailed on, the rags won't have to pay compo, they've never had a foreign boss and he'd listen to what Fergiescum says.

Re: Slurgie **Confirmed Retired** (merged)

I reckon the MIBs will be round his house tonight just like they did at Rooneys he's going nowhere because they are dead scary geezers

Re: Slurgie **Confirmed Retired** (merged)

They won't be saying this on sky sports, but I definitely think he's looked at next season and really wondered if he could win it again with us and Chelsea strengthening.

With us strengthening in the summer and if Chelsea get Mourinho, I think he's looked at it and really questioned if they could win it. RVP wasn't a signing for the future, Rooney's a shadow of himself, he's still relying on old players like Giggs and Ferdinand.

He wanted to go out on a high and this season was maybe the last chance of that.

Excellent, I've just won 100 Euros!
Had a bet with a Liverpool-supporting mate at the start of the season. I said Utd would do everything in their power to win the league this season, then Fergie would retire. His last chance to go out on a high, as he knows we're taking over.
Time to claim my cash!
