Exactly - Partey played in the same midfield, was cheaper, yet our scouts/management somehow concluded that Rodri was the player to sign.

Arsenal sacked someone over the cost of signing Pepe - we should be asking the same questions of those who deemed the likes of Mahrez, Cancelo and Rodri worthy of a circa £180m outlay.
