I was hoping for him to come on after around 60 minutes, when our side started to look quite fatigued. But, now the debut is done and dusted, and I'm looking forward to seeing him play more and more as the season goes on.
 
Would have liked to see him come on sooner but understand why he didn't. Was one of those games where I was hoping we'd be 4-0 up after 60 minutes so Torres, Doyle and Delap could all come on. But wasn't to be.

From the brief cameo he looked quick and was willing to chase and press which is positive. Technically very good too. Will do well for us I think.
 
I think a debut like that, where he is barely on or touches the ball is actually helpful.

Gets a taste without the pressure and the official event is out of the way.

We’ll no doubt see him against Bournemouth.

Have a feeling he is going be very good for us.
