They can afford transfer fees, just like the rags can despite their debt, albeit less debt than Barca. But Barca’s problem is the salary restriction that La Liga imposes, so it is currently a juggling act for them to be able to register signings whilst they try to offload the players they don’t want.Anybody else wondering how Barca will pay for him given their current state financially?
