If we are swaping him for Frankie De Jong then its a great deal. Torres was an investment for us - one for the future and we are not reliant in any way on him as a player. So we don't lose much. And i dont see him getting much game time if he stays.
FDJ would give us an extra high quality player to fit in the midfield where we have less to pick from and some ageing players. He would get far more game time than Torres so we are a better squad for no outlay.
