Fifa 11 help

my lads fifa 11 as suddenly stop working and it keeps coming up error occurred during the start,with a code under it (80010006).Can anyone help to get the game back working or is it knackered,cheers

Try deleting the FIFA11 game data and see if that helps.

yes tried that but still the same error code coming up

got my lad a ps3 2 weeks ago and fifa 11 work fine till monday then it started
to flick and stutter took the game back 3 times to hmv and still does it

looking up on the net about it and found this

so phone sony and when the guy on the phone
you have to back up your save files to a usb stick first
then he said hold down the on/off button till you hear 3 beeps then you get a 6 choice on the screen to reset the ps3
pick the 3rd the lad said and wait for the main screen to come back on then play it if its still doing it phone them back

still doing it
phone them back and the lad went on about resetting the hdd drive
so i did what he's says and its still re setting the hard drive after 8 hours of
waitting its up to 60%
am going to kick right off if the ps3 does not come back on

Could be a problem with the disk? try swapping it and if they wont swap it then take it to get cleaned, shouldnt cost more than a quid.

how the fark do you sell players who you dont want anymore? currently it is emulating real life and no one wants to buy tevez-and no im not connected to xbox live getting rt updates

took my fifa 11 back 3 times to hmv still does not work
got fifa 09 from cex for 75p and it still did it

its not the disk its the harddrive on the ps3 that save the fifa file

just got back on it and looked ok on first play but will wait to my son give's it the ok

but it took over 10 hours to format
