FIFA 12 demo

Did as some said and made a US PSN account to download it at 10pm and still isn't up on the Playstation Store on the US account? May as well just wait until tomorrow.

Anyone had any luck with this? In the meantime if you can't get Fifa and want some good free gaming pick up the Assasin's Creed multiplayer BETA...great change from all the twitchy shooters on the market.

It does. On fifa 11 after playing seasons at first I was beatin my mates easy and winning online aswell. Then got bored of playing the computer and Im finding games harder now

Balotelli is an absolute beast in this game and it's easy getting past players with Aguero when using a dummy shot.

I'm starting to get used to the tactical defending a bit now, although on professional difficulty and above it seems like every time I go near the opposition player who has the ball, they either just turn back or dance around me with ease no matter how good the player is...

Overall the game looks promising and is definitely an improvement on Fifa 11 in my opinion. They just need to tweak the system a bit so it's not nearly impossible to tackle on the higher difficulties.

I just finished downloading, Etihad looks amazing on it... graphics look alot different aswell. Overall I like it.

Had a cheeky go before I left for the match last night,

Loving the new defending, it doesn't play a lot different to me, as I wasn't one to hold square and x to double up on players constantly.
I'd always said that pressing the tackle button should mean that you attempted a tackle, not run at the ball and the CPU would make your player tackle when it was most likely to get the ball.

Pressure was my biggest bugbear online, you could hold the tackle and pressure buttons and literally have two men harass the ball-carrier for the entire match, because fatigue did nothing - hopefully those days are gone, as a mistimed press of tackle leaves plenty of space behind you.

As other people said too, the Etihad looks mint, I didn't think I would get so giddy at seeing where I sit on the game, but I did. I screamed like a little girl.

I'm not impressed.

AI is still chronically bad. Players don't make intelligent runs. Or sometimes don't bother their arses running at all off the ball. Passes going vertically on the screen seem to be intercepted by players that come up out of the ground.

There is a slight lag every time a collision is about to happen. Smaller players still get knocked off the ball way too easily.

All these new features are like putting glitter on a turd. I'm going back to PES
