The best player you could sign is Bakalli from PSV (I think). On my current save he's gone from a 72 to an 87 overall by the end of the second season, also Bruma from Galatasaray.

Started my first season and approaching March. I have 3 games in 4 days... WTF?

If I was on my 10th season I would understand, but my first season? Poor effort from EA..
