Just got thinking and I was amazed at how many players we could lose in the summer and the money we could raise, while only marginally affecting our first team (Tevez apart).

The money raised could help us strengthen the squad immensely without even having to spend significantly, keeping us on the right side of the UEFA Financial Fair Play.

Tevez, most likely he will leave, maybe to Chelsea. £35m minimum surely
Adebayor, Fernerbahce linked with him and Bayern Munich £15m
Boateng, wanted by Bayern Munich £15m
Given, Man U, Liverpool & maybe even Spurs, surely this transfer is a given £8m
Jo, wanted by Sporting Lisbon £7m
Bridge, part of a deal for Baines £5m
Boyata, part of Cahill deal maybe, £4m
SWP, part of Cahill bid, or Fulham £4m
Weiss, Spanish club maybe £4m
Bellamy, part of Cahill deal maybe, £3m
Roque Santa Cruz, £2.5m
Caicedo, £1/2m just a guess, depends how long left on contract

Over £100m in the kitty to buy better replacements, and others could go as well.

The Financial Fair Play rules might not be such a worry after all.

Seeing as you have just sold half of our squad - how do you propose we replace them with just £100million - especially when you consider the calibre of players we would be needing for next season?

In any business you are there to compete, wether that be a football club ar a coffee shop. Everyone knows Twatini's FFPR are there to stop clubs like us breaking into the elite so i highly doubt Mansour would pander to the likes of that prick and is in all likely the least of his worries. If the Shiekh wants a player he'll get him. END OF.

He does have Cahill and Baines coming in though. :)

I hope we keep Boateng though.

For FFPR reasons we are better off hanging on to any players bought before June 1st 2010. That's because the amortisation we charge to the accounts for those players, which normally increases our losses, does not count as an expense under FFPR.

3 of the top 4 are going like it or not, apart from Boateng the rest are at best squad players and not top calibre as you state.

boyata should only leave if it was for a loan, he has plenty of potential

Me too. The lad has hardly played this season, but when he has he has shown his potential, wherever he has played across the back.

Though I think his best position is centre-back.

Boyata shouldn't be sold either.

According to ITK on here, we not get as much as people are expecting for the loanees, but we needn't worry sponsorship deals will take care of everything.

Boateng is going nowhere and neither is Boyata. So exclude them from the list...

CL football money + Sponsorship deals in summer + sales. The revenue is going to be so much bigger.

And our reputation will sky rocket and Bluemoon will have 10x more users than there is now soon.
