First ever job?

In the summer before I went to Teacher Training College in 1970 I worked at Kelloggs in the corn mill. I was on £40 a week, no tax of course. My co-workers thought I was mad going from there to teach with a starting salary of £800 a year. I retrospect they were right but I couldn't have worked full time at Kelloggs. Chimps could have done what we were paid to do.
