First game....

Spurs at main road just after they signed the Aries
Might have been to a couple before that but really remember this vividly
Remember a big battle in the street after this. Near Yew Tree Road. My dad standing in front of me telling what was happening a police car blocked the street between them
Probably the first time I saw football violence, I would of been 8/9

Was mayhem going back to the train / car all these folk asking us what time is it? :)
Remember the Spurs fans chanting We Are Evil to the Devo song of the time

West ham on 17 August 1974 , won 4.0 , went with my mum sat in platt lane , we now sit in south stand LV 2

First time I saw City was away to Hertha Berlin on the 3rd August 1971.

First time I saw Spurs was home to Coventry 12th August 1972.

My first home game was the 5-1 Charlton promotion game.
Dad drove me, mum and a couple of mates up from Devon in an old Ford Transit with a bus seat screwed to the floor in the back.
I was sick with nerves, the run in had been so stressful, and how many people were there that day?
Nerves were quickly settled and City romped to victory.
Leaving Maine Road, mum had a bad stomach and had a shit in a carry bag in the back of the van to top a memorable day.
