Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but I’m struggling to find a definitive answer on it.
As we know on flexi-gold ST’s there is no possibility to transfer tickets to someone else. I understand this is the concept of these tickets.
Citys response is if you can’t make the game you can sell your seat back to the club for a refund up to 7 days before the match.
The problem with this is many of us still can’t commit within 7 days.
For example. Work/ childcare etc.
So what do we do? Is there a way around it? Does the seat just stay empty?
Any help would be appreciated
