Football is Fixed-City

Just seen they've claimed City vs Bayern in 2013(the 3-2) was fixed.

Nothing to back it up on their feed, but have it at 98 out of 100 fixed games.

Any thoughts on it?

In their defense, they are pretty good at their research. The reason they've nothing out is they are launching a book shortly. But it merits discussion.

You in no way need to bribe an entire squad or squads to throw a game either. A manager, a ref, a keeper or one player could be enough.

Outside of a betting scam what would have been the point? Both teams had qualified comfortably for the KO round, I would have found it more believable if we'd nicked that 4th goal and topped the group.

Let's say a keeper was fixing a match. he could easily not just concede, but instruct players to move into poor areas and then have a very poor release, not throwing ball out fast to counter or kicking out of play or to opposition etc. A keeper has far more influence on overall play these days, that's why we got Bravo in.
