They've retreated to the skirting boards, 11! Khaldoon would have sued the arse off Uefa, Infantino knew that much, so the drive for financial penalties, or any penalty, would be coming from outside Uefa, from certain clubs. i can think of a couple! And the end result was some kind of Uefa/Worried Clubs compromise! The clubs involved knew that their 'reserved' days in the CL were gonna be challenged on the pitch where the world and Mrs Ewing could see, not in the politically correct boardrooms of Europe's so-called elite.

A couple of clubs were demanding we were punished or they’d seriously consider leading a breakaway from the UCL. One of the clubs was Bayern - the other a little closer to home.

I think we can counter with a petition requiring LFC to compensate all those English clubs banned from European competition because of the barbarity of their supporters at Heysel! I bet the moron who started the petition attempting to ban MCFC and PSG probably hasn't even heard of Heysel!!
