The club isn't going to have any response to this at all, or they'd have done something. They were contacted by Der Spiegel about everything they were writing weeks ago, if they planned on any kind of visible response they would have had it ready beforehand, and they wouldn't have let an entire week be dominated by wall to wall attacks on the club and its fans.


FIFA, UEFA, The FA aren't going to do anything. To people as accustomed to being attacked in the media as Abu Dhabi, the rest is just noise.

I agree. I assume at some point UEFA/FIFA will make a statement about any future action, and if it's "no further action", I expect the club will issue a statement about how they never expected anything else.

Sorry, this isn’t cricket. I could give a stuff if it meets the ‘spirit’. The ‘spirit’ is largely objective and driven by who controls the narrative which, at the moment, is our enemies.

Imagine for one second this attack against the Rags or the Dippers?

The PL and UEFA would be all out defensive mode saying they had full access to their accounts and that they had fully complied with all rules and regs.

That same PL and UEFA have full access to our accounts and don’t for one second think of anything had been amiss they wouldn’t have jumped all over it by now, as UEFA already did with the £49M fine which incidentally we got some back after fully complying with FFP and being told we were now out of investigation.

The lack of backbone from our league especially is fucking sickening.

Very good article in the Irish examiner sports section by Larry Ryan today. Well worth reading as it quest rooms the morality of other clubs and footbal on general. Good bit about Volkswagen getting upset at Kevin Dr Bruyne leaving Wolfsburg at the same time as their cars were programmed to cheat emission tests.

Coincidentally, trying to discuss this with a rag or a dipper is like playing chess, with a pigeon. It knocks all the pieces over, shits all over the board, then struts around like it won.
